Maintenance Programs

  •  MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
    • For those who choose to have their maintenance performed on a regular basis, professionally rather than performing the maintenance themselves at home, we have discounted program available.
    • Requires taking treatment at one of the selected rates, changing the frequency of treatment to less or more reverts to the next highest or lowest pricing.
    • Not for whole body problems where the problem moves week-to-week (Fibromyalgia, Parkinsons, etc.)
    • Pricing Structure: Maintenance programs for athletics or pain as needed normal fee
      • Monthly: 10% reduction
      • Bi-Weekly: 20% reduction
      • Weekly: 30% reduction
    • Does not include new problems. This applies to pre-existing conditions. New problems require additional analysis and consultation time.

     

  •  MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS FOR GOLF, TENNIS, BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, BOWLING:
    • Shoulders for better club head speed and driving distance for golfers and more speed and power on serves and returns for tennis players.
    • Spinal Rotation/More Flexibility allowing you to rotate farther to hit the golf ball farther or hit the tennis ball with more leverage and power.
    • Elbow - control pain in the elbow due to constant use in golf and tennis.
    • Posture - keeps you on your center of gravity, places your weight evenly. Same concept as in the martial arts, it gives you better stance for golf and in tennis allows you to retrieve balls behind you faster if you don't have to move through the center of gravity to get something behind you.
    • Hips - relieve the stress on hips due to golf or tennis stance, and hip compensating for shoulder and spine not functioning properly with full range of motion.

     

  •  MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR RUNNING, BICYCLING, SKATING
    • Legs, includes shins, calves, quads and hamstrings for pain and performance. Stride length will increase, as will speed. Will reduce knee, ankle and foot pain.
    • Low Back/Hip - relieves discomfort from leaning over in bicycling and skating.
    • Breathing (optional - at additional fee) - loosens up the rib-cage and diaphragm to allow easier breathing and greater lung capacity.
 
  •  MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR SWIMMING, ROWING, MARTIAL ARTS
    • Shoulders for good range of motion and power in your swim stroke, rowing stroke or thrust.
    • Legs for greater range of motion, speed and power.
    • Hip and Low Back for pain relief and torso flexibility.
    • Breathing (optional - at additional fee) - loosens up the rib-cage and diaphragm to allow easier breathing and greater lung capacity.
